MINUTES

  1. Present - Cllrs Crompton Howe, Leah, Brooke, Swift and the Clerk – via conference call, Cllr Bunney & 3 Public.

 

  1. Election of Chair
    1. Cllr Crompton Howe – Prop Cllr Swift, Second Cllr Leah
    2. Cllr Crompton Howe was duly elected as Chair and signed the declaration of office.
  2. Election of Vice Chair
    1. Self nominations Cllr Mellor – Prop Cllr Crompton Howe, Second Cllr Swift

Cllr Brooke – no Proposer, no seconder

  1. Declaration of acceptance of Office – will be signed upon Cllr Mellor’s return.
  1. Apologies – Cllr Mellor
  2. Resolve to accept the minutes of the previous Annual Parish Council meeting (11/05/2021)
    1. Resolved to accept the minutes as a true record Prop Cllr Leah, Second Cllr Brooke.
