Minutes of the meeting held at 7.30 pm 28 January 2019

1. The meeting was attended by:

2. Councillor Summers presented £500 donation from The Councillor’s Initiative Fund.
He offered to follow up the Committee’s application made for £3K from the West Lindsey Capital Fund
Councillor Summer offered any other assistance that might be required. He informed the Committee that new period for the Councillor’s Initiatives Fund would start in June, max available £1000.
3. John Fox spoke about Gift Aid, and reiterated that funds should be allowed to accumulate to a reasonable level before a Gift Aid application is made, possibly annually to coincide with the end of the financial year.
The Treasurer stated that her understanding was that, below £2000, HMRC did not require records.
4. Minutes of the meeting dated 27 November 2019
The minutes of the previous meeting dated 27 November 2018 were accepted as correct and were duly signed by the Chairman. Minutes to be circulated by Isabelle Brooke.
3. Matter Arising
Service Level Agreement to be circulated to Committee members

The Treasurer reminded the Committee that it needs to adhere to Parish Council procedures as the Committee is a Sub-Committee of the Parish Councils.
