1/2022 Co-option of non Councillor Members

Agreement to accept Terms of Reference – Both agreed to accept the ToR
2/2022 Public Participation - None
3/2022 Election of Chairs

4/2022 Approve formal request for release of CPC funds for match funding of Platinum Jubilee Events
Prop Cllr Brookes, Second Mrs Moulson – All in favour
5/2022 Discuss proforma for use of the park by third parties
A discussion took place around what a proforma should look like, questions to ask.
Proforma needs to be approved by the Parish Councils.
CPC committee manage the field so they decide what goes ahead and what doesn’t.
Mrs Moulson volunteered to draft a proforma and circulate.
6/2022 Discuss email addresses for committee members
Agreed to use PC email addresses for Councillors and Non PC members to use nameCPC@gmail.com
7/2022 Discuss public consulation to highlight future plans and gain volunteers for sub committees
Public consultation meeting to highlight to the villagers what the CPC is proposing.
Post on CPC facebook page to seek volunteers.
Date pencilled in for 12th June
8/2022 Dates for future meetings.
