DRAFT NOTES

1. Apologies for Absence  - To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the  Parish Clerk prior to the meeting. – Cllr Leah sent her apologies.

2. To elect the Chair of the CPC following a tie in the voting at the CPC meeting on 28 June 2023

A paper ballot was carried out with the results showing as follows:

Cllr Leah – 7 votes

Mrs Brooke – 3 votes

1 abstention

Cllr Leah was duely elected with a majority of votes
