NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN and Members are summoned to attend a Joint meeting of the Parish Councils to be held in St Peters and St Pauls Church Owmby by Spital on Wednesday 20 July 2022 at 7.30 p.m. at which the under mentioned business will be transacted
There will be a public forum for a maximum of 15 minutes when members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Councils.

A G E N D A
1. Apologies for Absence - To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Parish Clerk prior to the meeting.
2. To receive declarations of interest under the Localism Act 2011 – being any pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on Members’ Register of Interests and any written requests for dispensation
3. To approve as a correct record the notes of following meetings of the Parish Council and to authorise the Chairman to sign the official minutes
a. Joint meeting held on 25th January 2022
4. To discuss proposal from Jamie Marshal to acquire a strip of land from the Community Park.
5. To appoint a working party for the purpose of collating information regarding the Jamie Marshall proposal.
6. Note\Resolve items for CPC -
a. Note findings of public consultation
b. Resolve to accept the Business Plan
c. Resolve to accept the proposed budget for the remainder of 2022 and to the end of 2023.
d. Resolve to accept the Terms and Conditions for hire of the park by members of the public.
