NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN and Members are summoned to attend a meeting of the Community Park Committee (CPC) to be held at St Peters and St Pauls Church, Owmby by Spital on Tuesday 14 June 2022 at 7.30 p.m. at which the under mentioned business will be transacted

There will be a public forum for a maximum of 15 minutes when members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Committee.

A G E N D A

1. Apologies for Absence  - To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the  Parish Clerk prior to the meeting.

2. To receive declarations of interest under the Localism Act 2011 – being any pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on Members’ Register of Interests and any written requests for dispensation

3. To approve as a correct record the notes of the meeting of the CPC held on 14 March 2022 and to authorise the Chairman to sign the official minutes.

4. To discuss and note the outcome of the consultation meeting held on 15th May

5. Resolve Action plans for the year (July 2022 to December 2023)

6. Resolve refreshed Business Plan

7. Discuss commitment for work in respect of Jubilee Grant – timescales etc.             

8. Discuss sub committees and prospective volunteers

9. Set time frame for safety inspection of play equipment as offered by member of the public

10. Set time frame and action plan for painting of benches and gates.

11. Resolve to accept the T’s and C’s for using the park.
